We meet the family
A volunteer from The Heal Foundation visits the home, the school or the hospital in person — no case is added from a phone call alone.
- Step 2
We document everything
Medical reports, school fee slips, ration receipts, photographs and a written statement from the family go into the case file.
- Step 3
Two team members verify
A second volunteer cross-checks the documents and the goal amount before the case is published here for support.
- Step 4
You contribute, we report back
Every rupee is tagged to the case. You receive an 80G receipt, and we publish a dated update once the help has been delivered.
