By using thehealfoundation.in (the "Site") or making a donation to The Heal Foundation (Reg. No. E-34794, Mumbai), you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
1. Who we are
The Heal Foundation is a registered public charitable trust in India, working since 2019 to support urgent medical care, education and food relief for underprivileged children, women and families. PAN: AADTT6073H.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of it. You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access, transmit malicious code, or scrape data systematically without permission.
3. Donations
- All donations are voluntary and made in Indian Rupees through approved payment channels (UPI, cards, net-banking, bank transfer).
- Once received, donations are applied toward verified cases and our general programmes at the discretion of the trustees.
- If a specific case becomes over-funded, the surplus is moved to the next verified case in the same category. We disclose this transparently in case updates.
4. Tax benefits (80G)
Donations are eligible for deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, subject to applicable rules. Receipts are issued to the email address you provide and require a valid Indian PAN.
5. Fundraisers
If you submit a fundraiser, you confirm that the information and documents provided are accurate and that the beneficiary has consented to the appeal. We verify each submission in person and reserve the right to reject or remove cases at any time.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, photographs, logos and graphics — is owned by or licensed to The Heal Foundation and protected by Indian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without prior written permission.
7. Third-party services
Payments are processed by independent payment service providers. Their terms apply to those transactions. We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of any third-party service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Heal Foundation, its trustees, employees and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or our services.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
